Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.
There are lots of things you can pursue to become healthy. An expensive gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Trying to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. Remember: being healthy and balanced isn’t just about slimming down. You want your body to be powerful too.

- Take of Enough Pasta Shells for 2 persons.
- Provide of Chicken fillets diced.
- You need of Small pack Lardner (tiny chopped smoked pork belly).
- Take of Chilli oil.
- Use of Garlic Granuals.
- Use of Chunky chopped Tomatoes.
- Prepare of square piece of Chedder Cheese.
- Prepare of Chicken stock cube crumbled in.
- Prepare of good pinch black pepper.
- Provide of hot Pepper Sauce.
- Provide of fresh Basil.
- Get of little grated cheese on top to finish.
Instructions to make My Chicken & Lardons Pasta Shells. 😁 :
- Add the pasta shells to boiling salt water. Add the chilli oil to a frying pan and heat up add the chopped chicken.
- Fry until all coloured 5 minutes. Next add the chopped Tomatoes and mix in.chicken stock.
- Cook for 2 minutes then add the Garlic granuals, Chilli granuals, basil and mix in.
- Next add the Grated Cheese stir until melted in then add the drops of hot pepper Sauce.
- Simmer for 4 minutes. Next drain off the pasta shell water add to a bowl then add the Chicken mix and mix all together. Add to serving bowls then grate a little cheese on top to melt.
- Serve Hot or Cold.
